A Ford Focus 2004 with under body neons??

Hmmmm....i've seen many cars in my life. I've seen some that looks really hot some that looks ok, and some that are ugly. I personally hate this car and the neons under makes me hate it even more. Who hooks up a focus? But anyways lets appretiate the work the owner has done because not everyone can afford a nice car.
